Who are we?
Dansk Personale Udvikling – DPU – was founded in 1993 and is a nationwide firm of consultants who offer support to people on the move and to people between jobs.
It is very important to us to appoint consultants of both genders and different ages and with a very different professional and personal background. It is common to all our employee that they have changed their line of business and have an insight in a large variety of the Danish labour market.

How do we work?
We have courses in jobseeking, we do outplacement with a high rate of success, and we have being working for the Danish government since 1999, helping getting people a new job or career.
We operate in an informal atmosphere with respects for the participants, each other and the tasks.

DPU has a versatile staff of internal and external consultants who are all specialized in order to solve the task.
We can provide – and assure – the relevant professional standard and understanding of the differences among our candidates.”
